I am J.HARIPRAKASHH co-founder of Hariyogalayam and grandson of the late Padma Shri Nanammal (Padma Shri is one of the highest civilian awards from the Republic of India).
We are one of the oldest yoga families in India. With the idea of making people's health better in this modern lifestyle, we took a step forward and established our yoga center following the footsteps of my grandmother.
We started with a group of 16 students in 2010. After years of dedication and with constant support from our clients our studio has been strongly growing. We also extend our services to the home of clients and online sessions depending on the student's requirements. We train every individual to be able to search, understand, and develop the best relationship with their body and mind. Our instructors are capable of providing wellness expert solutions and professional competition-grade training.
Hariyogalayam is one of the oldest yoga studio in India. To date, we follow the traditional teaching methods which have been handed over to us by our ancestors. After every session, you will experience the real taste of traditional yoga.
We are now in Moscow as a starting step to spread the traditional form of yoga worldwide. Do visit us and start living a healthy lifestyle...
